FADZIL RAHMAN BIN KALLAHAN
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Graduated with a Diploma of Insurance from University Technology MARA (UiTM) in 1987 and later received a Fellowship (FMII) from Malaysia Institute of Insurance in 2017.
Haji Fadzil Rahman bin Kallahan, was appointed as Director to the Board of KSDC Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd on 1st January 2014, prior to his position as Chief Executive Officer in 2011.
Started his career as Claims Assistant in 1990 with the Royal Insurance and since then gained more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industries mainly in insurance company, broking firm and corporate agency.
With his vast knowledge and experience in the insurance and broking industry, he now joins KDSC Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd, as chief Executive Officer managing both Head office and branch office in Kuala Lumpur. Apart from CEO of the company, he also acts as Managing Director to KSDC.
Prior to his joining KDSC, he was the Vice President of Corporate Business Division in Takaful Ikhlas.
HAMZAH BIN MAT HASHIM
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Graduated with Bachelor of Business Ardministration with Honours (Insuance) in 2006. Also passed in both Basic Certificate Course in Insurance Broking (BCCIB) and Basic Certificate Course in Takaful Broking (BCCTB) from Malaysian Insurance of Institute (MII).
Started his first phase career with KSDC immediately after graduation in 2006 as an Assistant Executive and assist to handle Client’s account on Employee Benefit and General Insurance Classes as well as claims exercise.
Later joined Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad in 2009 as a Financial and Risk Consultant and had gained further knowledge on Employee Benefit and Investment linked product. Exposed to Marketing and Public Relations skills during the period of time.
Re-joined KSDC as Executive in 2011 and from there on being promoted to Senior Executive and in 2017 to Assistant General Manger. Gained vast experience and is well versed in General Insurance classes and Employee Benefits programs as well in servicing and operational matters. Responsible to review the client’s business processes and practices to enable an identification, assessment and economic control of any latent or patent risk to which the client may potentially be exposed.
SHABARIAH BINTI MAHMUD
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER , FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
Graduated from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) in 2004.
Prior to joining KSDC, she gained working experience from a construction firm in Sabah as Executive Accounts for 2 years. With ample knowledge in accounting she then joined KSDC as Finance Executive in 2007 and later was promoted to Assistant General Manager in Finance & Administration in 2022
She is now responsible in managing the financial operations and monitoring compliance and financial contracts, service agreements and licenses in ensuring that they comply with guidelines issued by Bank Negara Malaysia and statutory bodies consistent with relevant Acts that govern the operations of the organization.
